Confirmation of Abu al-Fath Khan and Fatimah Khanum's settlement with ‘Ali Akbar Aqa, 1897
Mu‘tamad al-Sultan Riza Khan, the royal steward and son of ‘Isa Khan, states, based on a separate document, that Abu al-Fath Khan (the Brigadier) and his mother, Fatimah Khanum, have sold, on his behalf, two-sixths of the village of Kavan Rud and a garden and two-sixths of a mill in the same village to Haji ‘Ali Akbar Aqa, the merchant from Ganjah, for seven thousand tumans.

Settlement of Hajiyah Umm Kulsum Khanum and Haji Javad Aqa, 1906
Haji Mirza Haji Aqa, the son of Aqa Mirza ‘Abbasquli, transfers parts of the village of Turkampur from the district of Mihran Rud to Haji Javad Aqa the merchant from Ganjah, the son of Haji ‘Ali Akbar, in exchange for five thousand and two hundred tumans on behalf of his wife Hajiyah Umm Kulsum Khanum. In the next two documents, Hajiyah Kulsum Khanum and Haji Mirza Haji Aqa have confirmed this transaction.

On February 25, 1914, Aqa Baygum Khanum, the daughter of Haji Riza Quli Bayg and the wife of Ahmad Khan Sultan [from] Bakhshayish, gave power of attorney to Haji Mirza ‘Ali Asghar Aqa, the son of Haji ‘Ali Akbar [from] Bakhshayish, for selling of some properties at the village of Turkampur in the district of Mihran Rud; on April 13, 1914, Haji ‘Ali Asghar sold this property to Aqa Hasan Aqa, the merchant from Ganjah, for six hundred and twenty nine tumans.

Sale settlement, 1840
Mirza Hasan‘ali, son of the late Karbalayi Shaqaqi from the clan of Mirza ‘Aliluzadah, on behalf of himself and his three sisters, Fatimah Baygum, Sahar Banu, and Malik Nisa’ has transferred some properties in Alvandi village in the district of Mihran Rud to Aqa Khan, the eldest son of Ibrahim Khan, in exchange for seventeen tumans and five thousand dinars. Mirza Safar ‘Ali, the son of ‘Ali Muhammad, has guaranteed this contract.

Sale settlement, 1878
On March 17, 1878 Abu al-Hasan Khan, the colonel, with power of attorney from his wife, Fatimah Sultan Khanum (daughter of ‘Abbasquli Khan Mirpanj), has sold the whole Alvandi village from Ujan district to Mirza ‘Abd al-Husayn Munshi in exchange for one thousand and five hundred tumans. In the second document, dated April 20, 1878, Amirzadah Khanum, Abu al-Hasan Khan's wife, has confirmed this settlement.
